How we handle your data
Ferran Femenia (Ferran Femenia Digital), with address at Avinguda dels Països Catalans 30, 08512 Sant Hipòlit de Voltregà, Barcelona, Spain, is the data controller for the personal data collected through our websites and products. We collect the minimum needed to sell, deliver and support our products, and we never sell your data. This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
What we collect and why
- Order data — name, e-mail address, product purchased, amount and date, so that we can deliver the product, keep accounting records and provide support (legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations).
- Account and usage data — sign-ins, last access and basic in-app activity, so that we can restore access, prevent abuse and improve the product (legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest).
- Support messages — what you send us by e-mail, phone or the contact form, so that we can answer you (legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest).
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by us. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's privacy policy.
Sharing and international transfers
We share data only with the service providers needed to run our business (payment processing, e-mail delivery, hosting), under contracts that restrict their use of it, and when required by law. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case we rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may object to or restrict certain processing, or request portability of your data. To exercise any right, e-mail support@ferranfemenia.online; we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or the supervisory authority of your country.
Retention
We keep order data for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and account data for as long as your account exists. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Cookies
Our websites use only the cookies strictly necessary for them to work (for example, to keep you signed in to an application). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on our institutional website.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with material changes announced on the website.
